About this role
Job Summary
Veeva Vault Platform Integration Engineer
• 4-7 years total IT experience, with minimum 2-3 years hands-on MuleSoft/Anypoint Platform development (API design, connectors, error handling, deployment via CloudHub/RTF).
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication mechanisms, and Vault object/metadata model sufficient to build integrations against Vault.
• Experience with integration patterns: API-led connectivity, pub/sub, batch vs. real-time sync, idempotency, retry/error handling.
• Experience integrating systems in a regulated (GxP/validated) environment, including awareness of validation impact of integration changes.
• Comfortable working from architecture/design documents produced by others; strong at implementation and troubleshooting rather than greenfield architecture.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery (Jira-based backlog, sprint-level delivery).
• Strong English communication skills for direct interface with internal Leads and cross-functional teams.
