Air Liquide Far Eastern is seeking a Technical Engineer in Taichung to ensure the stable operation of factory facilities. Beyond core responsibilities—such as planning and executing preventive maintenance for utilities (e.g., HVAC, air compressors, gas detectors), managing external contractors, and providing on-site technical support—the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data generated within industrial operations. By leveraging these insights, you will empower the organization to achieve operational excellence, improve efficiency, ensure quality, and enhance safety. Candidates should hold a STEM degree and possess 5+ years of experience in managing and executing annual maintenance for public utilities (e.g., HVAC, fire safety, electromechanical, instrumentation). Experience with semiconductor TGM or cylinder replacement is a plus.

本職位為維護廠區穩定運作的核心角色。主要負責廠務公用設施與生產設備的維護規劃、技術支援及廠商管理，並落實工安規範與風險控管，共同打造安全且高效的營運環境。

【主要職責】

• 設備維護保養與技術支援

  • 預防性保養：規劃、執行與檢核廠區公共設施（如 HVAC 系統、冷卻水塔、空壓機、氣體偵測器等）之維護時程，並進行可行性改善。

  • 承攬商管理：協調外部廠商進廠作業，落實施工進度與品質控管。

  • 技術支援：負責廠務設施與生產設備之異常查修、即時排障與技術支援。

  • 資源與歲修管理：執行備品管理與採購作業，協助預算編列及年度歲修計畫安排。

• 廠務安全與運營管理

  • 安全與法規申報：負責消防、建築物安全申報與稽核應對；落實 HSE 風險管理（含工作危害分析 JHA、安全工作許可、風險評估等）。

  • 氣體鋼瓶管理：執行日常檢驗、測漏與清潔作業，支援周邊設備排障、教育訓練及證照管理。

  • 體系與變更管理：維護 ISO 流程、SOP 更新及廠區變更管理（MoC）相關作業。

This position serves as a core guardian for maintaining stable factory operations. Key responsibilities include maintenance planning, technical support, and contractor management for utilities and equipment, as well as enforcing safety standards and risk management to create a safe and efficient workplace.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support

  • Preventive Maintenance: Plan, execute, and inspect preventive maintenance schedules for facility utilities (HVAC, cooling towers, air compressors, gas detectors, etc.) and drive continuous improvements.

  • Contractor Management: Coordinate external contractor operations on-site, strictly controlling work progress and execution quality.

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot operational abnormalities in utility facilities and production equipment, delivering immediate technical support.

  • Shutdown & Spare Parts Management: Oversee spare parts inventory and procurement, assist with budget preparation, and organize annual turnaround plans.

• Factory Safety & Operations Management

  • EHS & Compliance: Manage fire safety and building safety filings and audit responses; implement Group HSE risk management (including Job Hazard Analysis, Safe Work Permits, Risk Assessments).

  • Gas Cylinder Management: Perform daily cylinder inspections, leak testing, and cleaning; provide support for peripheral equipment troubleshooting, license management, and training.

  • Systems & MoC Management: Maintain ISO standards, update SOPs, and manage Management of Change (MoC) procedures.

Are you a MATCH?

• 學歷：專科(含)以上，理工相關科系加分。

• 工作經歷：5年以上，具備空調、消防、機電、儀器校正等公用設備歲修管理、執行。

• 加分項目：​具鋼瓶更換、半導體廠TGM經歷加分。

具備公用設施或生產設備維護保養實作經歷加分。

• Education: Associate degree or above, STEM related majors preferred.

• Experience: 5+ years, with experience in annual maintenance management and execution of utilities such as HVAC, fire safety, electromechanical, and instrument calibration.

• Plus Items:
  Experience in cylinder replacement or semiconductor TGM is a plus.Practical experience in maintenance of utilities or production equipment is a plus.
