About this role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Migration Architect to lead post-migration validation and stabilization activities across a large-scale Oracle EPM landscape. The role involves overseeing migration quality, ensuring data and process integrity, and working closely with business and Oracle teams to deliver a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end post-migration validation strategy for Oracle EPBCS and FCCS applications
- Define and implement validation frameworks, reconciliation approaches, and quality checkpoints
- Review and validate:
- Metadata, hierarchies, and configurations
- Security models and access controls
- Data integrity and application outputs
- Drive data reconciliation and financial validation strategy
- Coordinate with Oracle migration teams for issue resolution
- Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution
- Support cutover readiness, go-live validation, and hypercare stabilization
- Lead and mentor cross-functional migration teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM (EPBCS, FCCS)
- Proven experience in EPM implementation and migration projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial planning and consolidation processes
- EPM data structures and integrations
- Experience managing multi-instance and multi-pod environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale global EPM transformations
- Exposure to Oracle EPM Automate / migration utilities
- Strong financial domain knowledge
Mandatory Skills: Oracle PBCS and Planning .
Experience: 8-10 Years .
