A Day in the Life

The main purpose of this role is to provide high-quality clinical education and technical support for Medtronic Diabetes solutions to patients, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders. The Technical Consultant is responsible for delivering product training, supporting therapy adoption and optimization, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the patient journey.

The role combines educational, clinical, and commercial responsibilities, including promoting Medtronic’s innovative diabetes portfolio, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting business objectives within the assigned territory. You will work closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Support teams to drive therapy awareness, patient outcomes, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Deliver training and education programs for patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals on Medtronic Diabetes products and therapies
  • Provide clinical and technical support during meetings, training, workshops, and events with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Promote and support the adoption of Medtronic's diabetes portfolio within the assigned geographic area
  • Support patients during therapy initiation and optimization to ensure successful product utilization and satisfaction 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience 
  • Maintain the highest level of product, therapy, and clinical knowledge 
  • Ensure compliance with Medtronic policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Higher education in healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, medical sciences, biotechnology, engineering, business, or related field
  • Experience in clinical education, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diabetes care, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and proficiency in Polish
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. 


Desirables are strong interpersonal skills, ethical approach to responsibilities, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
