Adapters & ConnectivityMust Have5Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud adapters (HCM/ERP REST & SOAP), Fusion security context, Technology adapters: REST, SOAP, SFTP/FTP, File, JDBC, Email,SaaS adapters: SuccessFactors/Workday/ServiceNow/NetSuite/Salesforce (any) On-Prem connectivity: OIC Connectivity Agent, VPN/proxyData & TransformationsGood to have4XSD/JSON/XML, XQuery/XPath, CSV/Flat file parsing,Large payload handling, pagination, chunkingError Handling & Observability: Global fault handlers, notifications, functional error frameworks, Retry/compensation strategies, idempotency, dead-letter handlingMust Have4Fusion SaaS (HCM/ERP) Context: HCM Extracts & BIP schedules feeding OIC, HDL/HSDL or FBDI awareness for inbound patterns, Fusion roles, data roles, AOR & row-level security propagationMust Have4Technical Skills:Good to have4Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Elements), HCM Extracts / HDL (HCM Data Loader) / Spreadsheet Loader,OTBI/BIP Reporting (Payroll Reports, Audit, Reconciliation), Oracle BPM / Workflow ConfigurationImplementation & Delivery: End‑to‑End HCM implementations (Config → SIT → UAT → Cutover → Hypercare),Data migration strategy, mock loads, cutover planning & validation, Fit‑Gap, FSD/TDD creation, solution design & walkthroughs
