About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant specializing in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) revenue requirements and custom programmatic extensions. You will take technical ownership of end-to-end RCA implementations, architecture design, and custom LWC user interface layers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with both standard configuration (Product Catalog, Pricing Procedures) and deep programmatic customization to scale modern, transactional billing engines.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture & Customization: Design, configure, and code robust data models for products, prices, contracts, and subscriptions utilizing the Salesforce RCA framework.
• LWC Development: Build and maintain custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced UI extensions, custom configurators, and complex guided selling interfaces where out-of-the-box configuration is insufficient.
• Revenue Architecture Management: Architect Product Catalog Hierarchies, Bundle Rules, Constraint Modeling Languages, and optimize Pricing Engines (Pricing Procedures, Price Adjustment Schedules, Usage-Based Billing).
• Migrate & Remediate: Lead the technical migration from legacy CPQ platforms to Salesforce RCA, remediating broken pricing logic, catalog rules, and headless commerce integration flows.
• Automation & Coding: Develop advanced programmatic logic via Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable) and declarative Salesforce Flows to handle transactional revenue recognition journal entries.
• Integrations: Design and configure seamless REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Revenue Cloud with downstream ERP financial systems (such as NetSuite, SAP S/4 HANA) and billing engines.
• Technical Leadership: Lead Scrum teams for targeted features, perform strict code and design reviews, and establish standard engineering patterns across offshore/onshore team boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Q2C Domain Knowledge: Mastery of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order, usage-based billing schedules, and revenue recognition accounting principles.
• Consulting & Agile: Strong external client-facing technology consulting experience, including running technical workshops and translating product backlogs (JIRA/ADO) into design documents.
