About this role

Job Summary

A strategic technical leader who owns enterprise AI transformation initiatives using Moveworks and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks. The role defines architecture, governance, security, integration and scalable operating models while guiding executive stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Moveworks and employee experience transformation programs.
  • Define enterprise AI, conversational experience and integration architecture.
  • Establish governance, security, compliance and scalability frameworks.
  • Design multi-platform integrations across ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Okta, Jira and Coupa.
  • Drive the Agentic AI roadmap, automation strategy and reusable solution patterns.
  • Lead architecture reviews, executive workshops and technical decision forums.
  • Build accelerators, reference architectures and delivery frameworks.
  • Lead continuous service improvement and value-realization programs.
  • Define and monitor deflection, CSAT, FCR, AHT and XLA success measures.
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning and large-scale transformation pursuits.
