About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Analyst (TA) to join our technical support team (Reports & Datastream). In this role, you will focus on managing day-to-day individual ticket workloads, diagnosing standard issues across core business platforms, and ensuring operational reliability through daily monitoring tasks. You will act as a critical frontline resource for incoming support requests and work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth operations and fast resolution times.
Required Skill Set:
- English Proficiency: CEFR B2 level or above in both written and spoken English
- SQL: Basic to Intermediate (MySQL preferred)
- Spreadsheets: Intermediate to Advanced (Excel / Google Sheets)
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in technical support and ticket handling
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce
