About this role

Rol 

Buscamos un Líder de Transformación Digital para nuestra unidad de negocio de Panel. Este rol tendrá como misión principal impulsar la migración de procesos manuales hacia soluciones automatizadas, logrando una operación más eficiente, escalable y orientada al cliente.  

Este rol será un habilitador clave para optimizar procesos, reducir complejidad operativa y liberar capacidad del equipo, permitiendo mayor foco en actividades de valor para el negocio y el cliente. 

Tareas 

  • Entendimiento de los pipeline de información internos 

  • Mapeo de procesos con stakeholders internos y externos 

  • Automatizar procesos clave (reporting, data y workflows) 

  • Estandarizar entregables para clientes externos 

  • Reducir tiempos y errores operativos - generando alertas en los procesos de ingesta de datos y procesamiento 

  • Mejorar los modelos de datos existentes 

  • Reorientar el esfuerzo del equipo hacia actividades de mayor valor (Client Success) 

  • Análisis con stakeholders externos para diseñar soluciones que generen valor a clientes externos
