Der*die Teamleiter Kreditorenbuchhaltung (m/w/d) fördert die Leistung des Teams, indem er*sie das Tagesgeschäft steuert, die Zusammenarbeit im Team stärkt und die Ausrichtung an den Unternehmenszielen innerhalb eines spezifischen Buchhaltungsbereichs sicherstellt. Die Rolle vereint strategische Steuerung mit operativer Führung, um qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu erzielen und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung voranzutreiben.

 

 

 

Über den Job

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines derzeit 13-köpfigen Teams

  • Unterstützung des Teams in den Bereichen Transportunternehmer- und Lieferantenvergütung, InterCompany-Abstimmung, Partnerverrechnung, Zollaufschub sowie Lohnsteuer

  • Steuerung kreditorischer und debitorischer Prozesse

  • Verantwortung der inhaltlichen Bearbeitung unserer regelmäßigen Zahlungsläufe

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und unseren Teams im Shared Service

  • Unterstützung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

  • Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen im Rahmen der Erneuerung unseres Accounting-Systems und vorgeschalteter operativer Systeme

Über Dich

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

  • Berufserfahrung in der Nebenbuchhaltung und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung

  • Fundierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (MSD365FO o. a.) und MS Excel

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
