About this role
What You Can Expect:
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres vierköpfigen Controlling-Teams und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter.
- Sie steuern und optimieren unsere Controlling-Prozesse und sorgen für effiziente sowie transparente Abläufe.
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung und Analyse der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und koordinieren Forecasts sowie die jährliche Budgetplanung auf Monatsebene.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings für das Management, analysieren relevante Kennzahlen und bereiten fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf.
- Sie übernehmen die Rechnungsprüfung und Abrechnung gegenüber unseren Kunden und stimmen die Ergebnisse anschließend mit den relevanten Ansprechpartnern ab.
- Darüber hinaus begleiten und koordinieren Sie Einkaufsprozesse, von der Auswahl und Bewertung geeigneter Lieferanten bis zur Prüfung und zum Vergleich eingehender Angebote.
What You Bring:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder Logistik beziehungsweise über eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie erste oder bereits fundierte Führungserfahrung mit.
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlen zeichnet Sie aus.
- Im Umgang mit SAP, Power BI und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Die Position kann auch in Teilzeit ausgeübt werden – gerne finden wir gemeinsam ein Arbeitszeitmodell, das zu Ihnen und zu uns passt.
