Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche und organisatorische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung effizienter kaufmännischer Strukturen und Abläufe für die technische Betreuung der Flotte
- Aufbau eines aussagekräftigen monatlichen Reportings als Grundlage für Transparenz und Steuerung der kaufmännischen Vorgänge und Kosten
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft – von der Bestellung über Vorbuchhaltung und Rechnungsprüfung bis zum Abschluss der technischen Maßnahmen
- Ebenso sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und transparenten kaufmännischen Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung
- Sie sind überdies die Schnittstelle zwischen den technischen Verantwortlichen, Lieferanten und der Buchhaltung
What You Bring:
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise in einem technischen Umfeld sind wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in Bestellwesen, Rechnungsprüfung und Vorbuchhaltung
- Ihr ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie Freude an der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Abläufen zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie bringen eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und zahlenaffine Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität in das Team
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind Ihre Stärken
