Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams ToolSupply Technical Support

  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit unserer ToolSupply-Automatensysteme sowie einer schnellen Störungsbehebung beim Kunden

  • Planung und Steuerung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen sowie technischen Serviceeinsätzen

  • Verantwortung für Bestände, Ersatzteile und die Verfügbarkeit der ToolSupply-Systeme

  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Know-how innerhalb der ToolSupply Technical Hubs

Ihr Profil: 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im technischen Service- oder Supportumfeld

  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke von Vorteil

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und Eigeninitiative

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und gutes technisches Verständnis
