Team Lead Procurement & Supply Chain

Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups. As Team Lead Procurement/Supply Chain, you will lead a team of four - two Procurement/Supply Chain Experts and two Export Experts - and own the full procurement cycle: from supplier selection and contract negotiation through auditing and serial production management. On the Procurement/Supply Chain side, you will manage a defined supplier panel covering hard goods (electronics, plastics, packaging materials, and commodities), as well as licenses and software. You will define procurement policies in alignment with our overall operations strategy and deploy them across our supplier base, working closely with New Product Introduction projects and our production team. On the Export side, you will ensure that inbound and outbound logistics are tightly aligned with customer demand and production needs. You will keep costs within target range, and take ownership of tracking and reporting our service level and stock performance. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Finance, Industrialization, and R&D - and play a direct role in shaping how we scale our operations.
