Job Description
- Leidinggeven aan een team magazijnmedewerkers
- Coördineren van dagelijkse processen: picken, packen, replenishment en verzending
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers op performance, veiligheid en gedrag
- Bewaken van KPI's en verbeteren van teamresultaten
- Zorgen voor een efficiënte planning en heldere communicatie
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen voor tijdige levering
- Initiëren van verbeterprojecten (5S en continuous improvement)
Wat breng je mee?
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in logistiek, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol
- Natuurlijk leiderschap: je motiveert en coacht met gemakProactief, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels
- Flexibel inzetbaar ma t/m vr in diensten tussen 06:00–20:00 uur en op zaterdagen
