Job Description

Are you passionate about finance transformation, process excellence, and leading high-performing teams? Join Konecranes and play a key role in shaping how finance processes and technologies are adopted, supported, and continuously improved across our global organisation.

• Lead and develop a global team of finance specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of finance processes, systems, and tools across the organisation.
• Act as the bridge between end users, Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation, and IT.
• Ensure high-quality support, training, documentation, and governance for finance applications and processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities, and enhance user experience through data-driven decision making.
• Support finance process and technology implementations, including new country and company rollouts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Excellence, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI.
• Proven track record in ERP transformations, process harmonisation, shared services, or global finance transformation programmes.
• Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

You'll stand out if you have

• Experience in global or multi-country environments.
• Knowledge of Aico, Emburse, CoProcess, SAP CLM, Pagero Tax Comply, or TIS.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in end-user support, training, and change management.
