What You Can Expect:
- Als Sparringspartner führst du dein Team vertrauensvoll und bietest einen Rahmen für dessen Förderung und Weiterentwicklung.
- Technisch bist du für die Planung und kontinuierliche Modernisierung der Verzeichnisdienst-Infrastruktur verantwortlich.
- Dies umfasst bspw. die Absicherung des AD und das Härten der Systeme gegen Angriffe.
- Außerdem zählt die Automatisierung von Identitäts-Workflows, die Verwaltung von Gruppenrichtlinien und Rollenkonzepten zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Darüber hinaus arbeitest du an Architekturentscheidungen und strategischen Initiativen mit.
- Zudem sorgst du für eine reibungslose und zielorientiere Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-, Security-, Workplace- und Support-Teams.
What You Bring:
- Dein Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Außerdem bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft Infrastruktur- oder Hybrid-Identity-Umfeld mit und hast ein tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis für Active Directory, Entra ID und hybride Microsoft-Umgebungen.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit AD-Infrastrukturdiensten wie DNS, GPO, PKI und Windows Servern ist für dich selbstverständlich, außerdem bist du versiert im Skripting in PowerShell.
- Erfahrung in Migrationsprojekten sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
- Du bist ein kommunikativer, analytisch denkender Kopf, den es reizt, komplexe Themenstellungen in Konzern- oder Unternehmensstrukturen anzugehen.
- Idealerweise konntest du dich bereits in der fachlichen Führung von Teams beweisen und weißt sowohl dein Team, als auch die Arbeitsaufgaben effizient zu strukturieren.
- Mit deinen fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen kommunizierst du auf technischer Ebene und im internationalen Kontext souverän und sicher.
