At Rituals, we believe that meaningful experiences start with our people. As Sr. Team Lead HR Operations Iberia, you will play a key role in creating a strong employee experience by ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a role for someone who combines operational excellence, people leadership and a genuine passion for supporting the business. You will lead the HR Operations team, oversee the delivery of core HR processes and act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the organization.

In this position, you will not only ensure high-quality HR execution, but also contribute to building a more efficient, consistent and future-ready HR function across Iberica.

Your responsibilities

- Leading and coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations agenda across Iberia.

- Ensuring the successful delivery of the monthly and annual HR calendar for Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations.

- Overseeing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including personnel administration, performance processes, compensation-related activities, training coordination and employee engagement support.

- Setting operational priorities and ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in HR execution.

- Supporting and advising managers on a broad range of HR and labor-related topics.

- Leading, coaching and developing the HR Operations team to perform at a high standard.

- Creating structure, clarity and accountability within the team.

- Driving continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.

- Supporting the implementation of HR projects and new ways of working.

- Escalating risks, blockers or operational concerns where needed and collaborating closely with senior HR leadership in Iberia.

- Solid experience in HR Operations or in a broad generalist HR role.

- Proven experience managing key HR processes with accuracy and consistency.

- Experience leading or coordinating a team, with the ability to coach and develop others.

- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor-related topics.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

- A proactive, hands-on and solution-driven mindset.

- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholders.

- A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail.

- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge and improve the status quo.

- Fluency in English.
