Cash flow is the lifeblood of the organisation, and this role sits right at the centre of it. As Team Lead, Accounts Receivable, you will guide a specialist team responsible for billing, collections, and credit control—ensuring revenue is accurately captured and cash is collected on time, every time.

The position will be focussed on:

  • Monitor debtor ageing and proactively manage collections, dispute resolution, and escalation of overdue accounts to minimise bad debt risk

  • Ensure integrity of Accounts Receivable ledgers, including reconciliations, booking system integrity, and timely resolution of reconciling items

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve billing issues, improve processes, and enhance end-to-end revenue assurance outcomes

  • Drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across AR operations, including audit responses, reporting, planning, and system/process enhancements

  • Sound understanding of internal control frameworks, audit requirements, and financial governance in a regulated environment

  • Demonstrated experience working in or with large government or complex organisational environments with strict financial delegations and compliance requirements
