Team Assistant (m/f/d) 60%

In the context of a succession, we are looking for a new Team Assistant to join us at our headquarters in Schaffhausen. The role is ideal for somebody with a few years of experience and the right personality, who wants to join a dynamic corporate environment. It offers a high diversity of tasks and is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys working with different stakeholders from different functions and levels.

Your tasks

• Providing general administrative and organizational support
• Scheduling meetings and managing logistics according to established procedures
• Organizing standard travel arrangements
• Handling basic office administration and documentation
• Maintaining records and supports team operations
• Managing the Team Assistant Hub inbox

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong focus on customers and solutions, ability and flexibility to go the extra mile to ensure a great service
• Above-average communication and influencing skills in German and English
• Willingness to spread the 60% to 4-5 days and have a high presence at the office
