Nell’ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax della sede di Padova, PwC è alla ricerca di un candidato con un’esperienza professionale compresa tra 0 e 2 anni, interessato a intraprendere un percorso di crescita nella practice Tax del Nord-Est.
L’attività del professionista riguarderà la consulenza fiscale a favore di società e gruppi con presenza multinazionale. Il candidato si occuperà inoltre di riorganizzazioni societarie e della strutturazione degli assetti proprietari, adottando un approccio che integri la prospettiva fiscale con l’analisi degli elementi contabili rilevanti.
L’area di competenza comprenderà anche la gestione del rischio fiscale, il Tax Control Framework (TCF) e l’adempimento collaborativo.
Il profilo ideale è una persona all’inizio del proprio percorso professionale, motivata ad approfondire le tematiche fiscali e a crescere in un contesto strutturato, dinamico e multidisciplinare.
Oltre che dalla pratica professionale, svolta in un contesto specialistico e di collaborazione multidisciplinare, il percorso di crescita sarà favorito e accelerato da significativi programmi di formazione e di performance improvement, condivisi e strutturati.
