PwC Tax & Legal è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.

Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax nella sede di Milano, PwC TLS è alla ricerca di un/una Praticante Commercialista e/o di un/una Praticante Avvocato da inserire all'interno del team dedicato al Pillar 2 & International Tax. 

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: 

  • Redazione di pareri in materia di fiscalità internazionale (Pillar 2).

  • Supporto allo sviluppo e all’implementazione di sistemi di tax compliance.

  • Analisi economiche, giuridiche e dei dati.

  • Analisi di bilanci e dei sistemi fiscali locali e internazionali.

  • Attività di fiscalità ordinaria.

  • Utilizzo di Excel e PowerPoint per elaborazioni e presentazioni.


Requisiti:

  • Comprovata esperienza maturata in fiscalità internazionale;

  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 o superiore);

  • conoscenza dei principi contabili OIC e IAS/IFRS;

  • ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e, in particolare, capacità di effettuare e presentare analisi di dati utilizzando Microsoft Excel;

  • iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato in contesti altamente dinamici e sfidanti.
