Job Description

I. MỤC ĐÍCH CỦA CÔNG VIỆC:

- Thu thập, sắp xếp, xác thực và tổng hợp dữ liệu từ các phòng thí nghiệm.

- Phối hợp với nhiều nhóm để hiểu rõ yêu cầu dữ liệu và cung cấp phản hồi cho các bên liên quan.

- Sử dụng hệ thống ELIMS để quản lý quy trình tổng hợp dữ liệu, xác thực báo cáo và gửi cho khách hàng

II. CÁC TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

1. Các hoạt động hàng ngày

1.1 Thu thập dữ liệu thử nghiệm và báo cáo từ các phòng thí nghiệm khác nhau theo đúng thời hạn.

1.2 Sắp xếp, chuẩn hóa và tổng hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn nhằm đảm bảo tính nhất quán và đầy đủ. 

1.3 Kiểm tra, xác thực độ chính xác của dữ liệu và phát hiện các sai lệch hoặc thiếu sót. 

1.4 Trao đổi, phản hồi và theo dõi các vấn đề liên quan đến dữ liệu với các bên liên quan nội bộ. 

1.5 Sử dụng hệ thống ELIMS, tạo test plan và gửi báo cáo cho khách hàng. 

2. Những việc khác 

2.1 Hỗ trợ các hoạt động hành chính như tiếp nhận mẫu từ các phòng nhận mẫu, quét ghi nhận thời gian nhận mẫu bằng mã vạch.

2.2 Làm các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên. 

Qualifications

VI. CÁC YÊU CẦU ĐỐI VỚI NGƯỜI THỰC HIỆN

Trình độ: - Đại học

Chuyên ngành: - Khoa học dữ liệu, Hóa học, hoặc các ngành liên quan. 

Chứng chỉ: - ISO 17025 / ISO 17025 - Chứng chỉ tin học 

Kinh nghiệm: - Có kinh nghiệm 1-3 năm làm việc với dữ liệu, báo cáo hoặc hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu (ưu tiên làm phòng thí nghiệm). 

Kiến thức: - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel; có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống LIMS/ELIMS là một lợi thế.

Kỹ năng: - Làm việc độc lập và đội nhóm, team work - Vi tính văn phòng - Đọc hiểu các tài liệu tiếng Anh - Tổ chức, sắp xếp công việc

Khả năng Làm việc dưới áp lực và làm việc độc lập, Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, cẩn thận
