Job Description

Tóm tắt công việc (Overview of duties) – nêu tổng quát chung về công việc (general overview of the job)

• Follow up and monitor testing request by applicant. /Theo dõi và giám sát yêu cầu thí nghiệm của người yêu cầu.
• Communicate and Co-operate with Customer and Lab to work procedure smoothly/ Giao tiếp và hợp tác với Khách hàng và Phòng thí nghiệm để làm việc theo quy trình một cách trôi chảy.

Trách nhiệm chính (Main Responsibilities) – nêu chi tiết từng mục công việc (details of the job)

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties):

• Review test application & prepare worksheet for lab section/ Xem xét áp dụng thí nghiệm & chuẩn bị bảng tính cho phần thí nghiệm.
• Distribute testing report to customers/ Gửi báo cáo thí nghiệm cho khách hàng.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers. / Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.
• Deal with complaints regarding the customer feedback. / Giải quyết các khiếu nại liên quan đến phản hồi của khách hàng.
• Monitor testing job and progress/ Giám sát công việc kiểm thử và tiến độ.
• Update client’s requirements. /Cập nhật yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Cooperate with sales & finalization staffs for job proceeding. / Phối hợp với nhân viên kinh doanh & quyết toán để triển khai công việc.

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):  

Fresh graduate or 6-month experience in Customer Service or Testing is an advantage/ Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc có 6 tháng kinh nghiệm trong Dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc Kiểm Nghiệm là một lợi thế

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):   

Graduated from University or College from Textile major or Chemistry back ground is better/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Dệt hoặc Hóa trở lên

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):  

English: Reading Document, Writing and Speaking. Good communication is in advantage/ Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu, viết và Nói. Giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế

Khác (Others):  

Patient, hardworking, careful, honest/ Kiên nhẫn, chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, trung thực
