McColm & Company (McColm) is a mission-driven and customer-focused professional services firm that equips change makers with the knowledge, skills, and insights they need to succeed in an increasingly complex world. McColm specializes in supporting U.S. federal customers with human services, foreign affairs, national security, and emergency response-focused portfolios by managing bespoke professional training programs, delivering effective capacity building solutions, and providing highly specialized technical assistance and analysis expertise to decision makers.

McColm’s Justice and Resilience Practice supports clients working to prevent human trafficking and improve outcomes for people who have experienced it. We are building a pool of experienced professionals to staff current and future projects that help federal agencies, industry partners, health care, behavioral health, social services, child welfare, education, and community professionals recognize and respond to labor and sex trafficking. This work includes delivery of technical assistance, in-person and virtual training, in-depth capacity-building assistance, online learning, research and evaluation, and support for community-led anti-trafficking initiatives.

Joining the pool does not guarantee an engagement. When a current or upcoming project matches your expertise, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the role, level of effort, and availability.

Individuals with lived experience of human trafficking are encouraged to submit a resume for any role. Lived experience is valued and may be considered in place of some formal education or professional experience.
