Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter who can effectively partner with hiring managers, understand business requirements, and drive end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate hiring needs into actionable recruitment strategies, and a proven track record of closing positions across functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fresher / Experience hiring across corporate, operations, sales, healthcare, retail, or technology functions.
* Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
