Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team!  

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various roles, perdominantly focusing on non-tech positions, but with the opporunity to support our tech & product colleagues as well. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's organizational goals by helping to secure top talent at all levels of seniority.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Running the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting dynamic interviews and assessments that showcase our unique culture and values
• Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive our international recruitment efforts, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the hiring process
• Improving recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract the best-fit candidates for open and future positions, establishing a robust talent pipeline
• Proactively seeking out and cultivating relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring a steady stream of talent for current and upcoming roles
• Facilitating seamless job offer processes
• Delivering clear communication and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a 5-star experience
• Championing our brand identity throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every candidate gains a deep understanding and appreciation of our mission and values.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, either in-house or an agency 
• Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organizations 
• Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
• Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment 
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial 
• Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
