Position Overview

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own hiring end-to-end in an AI-native environment. This role combines hands-on talent acquisition with active use, testing, and shaping of the AI tools that support hiring. You'll bring a builder's eye to every process you run, looking for opportunities to automate and helping ship the improvements you identify.

What You'll Own and Drive

• Own talent acquisition end-to-end - sourcing, pipeline management, offers, and close - for the roles that matter most to the business.
• Beta-test internal AI hiring tools and give direct feedback, surfacing gaps and shaping how they evolve.
• Bring an automation mindset to every process you touch, designing workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Build interviewing capability across the company through structured loops, competency frameworks, and calibrated, fair evaluation.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business, translating hiring needs into clear plans and holding a high bar throughout.
• Champion a culture-first hiring experience for candidates and for the interviewers you coach.
  

Must-Haves

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring well in fast-moving environments.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation - you look for ways to remove manual steps from your own processes.
• Skilled stakeholder manager who builds trust quickly and keeps senior stakeholders aligned.
• Experience training and developing interviewing skills and competencies in others, not just running interview loops yourself.
• Fluent in English and French, spoken and written.

• Experience working in a culture-first environment, with a clear sense of the difference between a stated value and a lived practice.
• Enthusiasm for helping shape the tools you use, not just operating them as given.
  

How this Role Works

This is a hybrid role split between running full-cycle recruiting and helping build the AI tools that support it. Expect to spend most of your time hiring, with the AI-tooling work happening alongside it - as a beta tester, a feedback source, and occasionally a co-designer of new workflows.
