Job Description

  • Support recruitment for Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry across diverse business units including Industrial & Environmental, Natural Resources, Connectivity & Products, Health & Nutrition, Business Assurance, and Support Functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer management.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability and present quality shortlists to Hiring Managers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical positions through proactive market mapping and candidate engagement.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Develop creative and cost effective sourcing strategies to attract candidate to fill existing or anticipated openings (job boards, social media, career fairs, cold calls, employee referral etc.) 

  • Lead and participate of recruitment events such as career fairs, college recruitment programme, graduates development programme, networking events etc. 

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical, engineering, laboratory, industrial, electronics, semiconductor, oil & gas, or B2B commercial roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, employee referrals, and direct search techniques.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SmartRecruiters is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia when required.
