About the role
TechBlocks is looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive technical hiring across our India teams. You will own the recruitment process from intake to offer, build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leaders to make well-informed hiring decisions.
This role suits a hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing, understands technology roles, and can guide hiring teams through a clear, responsive process.
What you’ll do
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical candidates across various roles.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and set clear expectations for the hiring process.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, including ownership of complex or hard-to-fill roles.
- A strong understanding of software development, cloud, data, AI, and related technology positions.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build relationships with technical talent.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using an ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools to manage an accurate pipeline.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
