Talent Acquisition Lead
About this role
• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, with strong focus on Technology, Product, AI/Data and SaaS hiring.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive niche and critical hiring through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Cost per Hire, and Source Effectiveness.
• Drive improvements in candidate experience, recruitment processes, ATS utilization, and employer branding.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external search partners where required.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
Key Skills
• 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in Technology / SaaS / Product / AI / Data hiring.
• Excellent LinkedIn and direct sourcing capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology.
• Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working with global / international stakeholders preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Education
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Background
Candidates from SaaS, IT, Product, AI, Technology, FinTech, EdTech, or other high-growth technology organizations with strong exposure to specialized technology hiring are preferred.
