Job Description
1. 人才寻访与交付
• 负责招聘项目全流程管理，从需求确认到入职跟进，确保交付质量与时效；
• 深入分析目标人才市场，通过社交媒体、校企合作、专业渠道及猎头合作伙伴，持续建设高质量人才池。
2. 人才深度评估
• 运用专业测评工具与深度面试技巧，全面评估候选人的专业能力；
• 精准识别候选人的领导力潜力与文化契合度，为业务提供有判断力的录用建议。
3. 利益相关者管理
• 与各事业部高管、HRBP及全球项目组保持高频沟通，将业务战略转化为清晰的人才需求；
• 基于数据与市场洞察，为业务团队提供专业的招聘策略建议。
4. 雇主品牌建设
• 策划并执行面向年轻精英人群的雇主品牌活动（宣讲会、开放日、线上传播等）；
• 持续提升博世管培生项目在新生代职场人群中的影响力与美誉度。
Qualifications
背景经验
• 2-5年知名企业HR（招聘方向）或头部猎头公司相关经验；
• 有管培生项目、高潜力人才招募或校园招聘经验者优先。

• 出色的中英双语沟通与表达能力，能自信地向候选人传递博世雇主价值，并从容应对与高管的复杂沟通；
