We're digitizing talent and building a global workforce without borders. About the Role The Talent Account Executive owns the full accelerated demo-to-staff process at Wing Assistant. This role is responsible for converting prospects into clients by running high-impact Google Meet demos and bringing two live candidates into every call so clients experience real Wing talent in real time. Unlike the traditional path, this role does not hand off to Talent Acquisition after the demo. The Talent Account Executive prepares the candidates, runs the demo, introduces the talent live, soft-closes the deal, and completes all administrative work required to move the placement forward.
