About this role

Location: CCDS Egypt Office

Cloud Consultancy for Digitalization & Security (CCDS) is expanding its Application Security practice and seeking a technically strong, hands-on Systems Consultant / Engineer to implement and support enterprise security solutions for clients across the Middle East.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines practical implementation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work confidently with enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, configure, and optimize endpoint and data security solutions, including EDR/XDR, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Digital Rights Management (DRM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
  • Conduct client discovery sessions and technical workshops to assess requirements and develop solution designs.
  • Deliver implementations throughout the project lifecycle, including High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), installation, policy configuration, integration, testing, and technical handover.
  • Integrate security platforms with Active Directory, SIEM, email systems, and existing infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, conduct health checks, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Support presales activities through proofs of concept (PoCs), product demonstrations, and technical contributions to proposals.
  • Help clients align solution configurations and controls with applicable requirements, including Saudi Arabia’s NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally 3–5 years, in systems engineering, cybersecurity implementation, or security professional services.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting one or more EDR/XDR, DLP, DRM, MFA, and EPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint protection, data security, security policies, and enterprise deployment architectures.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, and equivalent technologies.
  • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical configurations and implementation plans.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage technical issues through resolution.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills, and confidence delivering client workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.

Preferred Technology Experience

Experience with the following platforms will be considered an advantage; experience across the entire portfolio is not required.

  • EDR/XDR: SentinelOne, Kaspersky, Trend Micro.
  • DLP & Data Security: Symantec, GTB Technologies, Fortra, Cyberhaven.
  • Data-Centric Security & DRM: Seclore.
  • Identity & Access Management: miniOrange (MFA/SSO), Saviynt, One Identity.
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM): Delinea, BeyondTrust.
  • File Integrity Monitoring: Fortra.
  • Secure File Sharing: Kiteworks.
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI): Citrix.

Relevant vendor certifications are highly valued. Experience supporting regulated environments and familiarity with NCA ECC requirements are additional advantages.
