- Beratung und Betreuung operativer Konzerngesellschaften im Tagesgeschäft - insbesondere bei Lieferverträgen, Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen sowie Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvereinbarungen
- Beratung im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und im IT-Recht
- Unterstützung beim „Corporate Housekeeping“
- Abwehr und Durchsetzung rechtlicher Ansprüche, inklusive der Begleitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten durch Mandatierung und Steuerung externer Rechtsanwälte
- Beobachtung rechtlicher Entwicklungen und Schulung von Mitarbeitern zu rechtlichen Themen, insbesondere im Vertragsrecht
Qualifikationen
- Volljurist mit mindestens drei Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einem (internationalen) Unternehmens- oder Kanzleiumfeld
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie systematische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Rechtsthemen in einfachen Worten zu erläutern
- Integrität, Eigeninitiative, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
