On behalf of our client, we are looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a remote team supporting customers across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to combine a stable international role with the freedom of working from home in Greece.

Your role
- Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries
- Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
- Work closely with an international, remote team
- Fluent Swedish (written & spoken)
- Very good English
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Good technical understanding and computer skills
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in Greece or willing to relocate
- Remote position – work from home anywhere in Greece
- Relocation support to Greece (flight & initial assistance)
