About the job

By supporting energy, water, and carbon reduction initiatives, the position strengthens critical capabilities in ESG integration, utility performance management, and sustainability reporting — closing gaps that are essential to meeting site-level and corporate environmental targets.

Beyond its operational value, this role is designed as a structured development opportunity for the candidate. Working under the mentorship of the Sustainability Lead, the VIE will gain hands-on, project-based experience across the full sustainability lifecycle: tracking and analyzing utility consumption data, supporting ISO 50001 audit readiness, contributing to energy and water project development, and engaging directly with RCE/RCT governance meetings, HSE reporting, utility vendors, and finance stakeholders.
