Short Description

The Surgical Technician plays a critical role in perioperative patient care by supporting surgeons and the surgical team through the preparation, management, and maintenance of sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout surgical procedures. This position helps ensure patient safety, procedural efficiency, and adherence to infection prevention standards.

Experience Required

• 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred

Education Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists

License/Certification Requirements

• American Heart Association BLS
• Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or its successor, or other nationally recognized credentialing organization (e.g. NCCT – National Center for Competency Testing, etc.).

Special Requirements

• Mon-Fri with on-call requirement for nights/weekends
• Must annually complete 15 hours of continuing education to remain qualified to practice as a Surgical Technologist in NJ

SIGN-ON BONUS DETAILS:

• Offer valid through September 30, 2026 

Two Year Commitment: 

• $4,000 for Full Time 
• $2,000 for Part Time 

One Year Commitment: 

• $2,000 for Full Time 
• $1,000 for Part Time
