Pay: £13.10 per hour, plus 15p per mile fuel allowance

Shifts: Full-time, part-time, evenings and weekends

Job Description

What you'll do

Every day as a Support Worker is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing.

As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible, providing personalised support that makes a genuine difference to their everyday lives.

You'll:

• Support individuals to live independently and confidently in their own homes.

• Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.

• Encourage independence, choice and participation in everyday activities.

• Support with daily routines, including meal preparation, medication and mobility.

• Assist with personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect.

• Offer companionship and help individuals access their local community.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families.

• Work as part of a supportive local team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

No experience? No problem! Whether you're starting a new career or already have experience in care or support work, what matters most is your attitude and commitment to helping others.
