About Vinove

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage payroll accounting, employee expenses, and expense tracking.
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of required schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books of accounts.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and better financial controls.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and business requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
