YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE

We're looking for a Supply Chain Process & Systems Specialist to serve as the plant's process owner for material readiness, inventory control, ERP planning integrity, and supply chain compliance. In this role, you'll ensure production orders can start as scheduled with materials available on time and in full, while maintaining accurate inventory, disciplined replenishment processes, and stable supply chain systems. You'll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive material availability, inventory accuracy, and FEM audit readiness. This is an opportunity to own the process and systems backbone that keeps the plant's supply chain running with discipline and control.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

Material Readiness

  • Ensure materials are available to support scheduled production requirements
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve material shortages and supply risks
  • Reduce material-driven schedule disruptions, downtime, expedites, and premium freight
  • Maintain planning parameters, lead times, and replenishment settings that support material availability

Inventory Control

  • Own inventory accuracy, inventory turns, cycle count effectiveness, and excess and obsolete inventory reduction
  • Maintain inventory governance through accurate transactions, replenishment discipline, and inventory controls
  • Support working capital objectives through effective inventory management
  • Support annual physical inventory activities and inventory reconciliation efforts
  • Assist leadership with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and system transactions accurately and on time

Process & Systems Ownership

  • Maintain ERP master data, planning parameters, and replenishment system integrity
  • Develop, maintain, and audit supply chain standard work and process controls
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring material and inventory issues
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented, documented, and sustained

FEM Compliance

  • Own plant-level FEM supply chain and Kanban system compliance
  • Maintain Kanban calculations, pull systems, and required audit documentation
  • Lead FEM audit preparation and support inventory reduction initiatives

KPI Ownership

  • Material Availability to Schedule, On-Time/In-Full Material Readiness, and Material-Driven Schedule Disruptions
  • Material-Related Downtime, Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Excess & Obsolete Inventory
  • WIP Aging, Cycle Count Compliance, and Planning Parameter Accuracy
  • Corrective Action Closure Rate and FEM Supply Chain Audit Readiness
  • Drive documented root cause analysis, corrective actions, assigned ownership, and follow-up verification for all KPI gaps

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, inventory control, planning, or manufacturing operations
  • Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, replenishment processes, and planning parameters
  • A proven track record improving material availability, inventory accuracy, and process compliance
  • Experience leading corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis
  • Strong process ownership and accountability, with a detail-oriented approach to data and system accuracy
  • Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and safely lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, and FEM certification experience
