Job Description

Join the Center for Procurement Acceleration as a Supplier Fulfillment & Risk Analyst, a role focused on supporting supply continuity through supplier performance monitoring, risk identification, and data-driven analysis.

In this position, you will support Procurement, Planning, and Operations teams by tracking supplier commitments, monitoring material availability, and identifying potential supply risks. You will leverage supply chain tools and data to provide visibility into supplier performance, support follow-up activities, and contribute to informed business decisions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in supplier management, supply chain operations, and analytics while contributing to initiatives that improve material availability, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor supplier performance by tracking delivery commitments, responsiveness, fulfillment of quantities, and adherence to agreed schedules.
  • Review inventory, forecast, and supply planning data to identify potential shortages, supply risks, and material availability concerns.
  • Track purchase orders, supplier commitments, delivery dates, and quantity changes to help identify supply chain exceptions and escalation needs.
  • Support the collection, validation, and maintenance of supplier commitment information for critical materials and supply requirements.
  • Utilize supply chain planning, reporting, and visibility tools to monitor supplier behavior, material availability, and demand trends.
  • Assist in the analysis of supply chain data and exception reporting to support decision-making and corrective actions.
  • Maintain purchasing, supplier, and procurement master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Support supplier communications and follow-up activities regarding open orders, commitments, and delivery performance, including escalations when needed.
  • Partner with Procurement, Planning, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support continuity of supply and operational objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting, and supplier follow-up processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Supplier-facing teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned activities, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records and data.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is required
