What You Can Expect:
- Supportare il processo di valutazione e approvazione dei fornitori, con particolare attenzione ai requisiti finanziari e di solidità economica.
- Effettuare controlli periodici su:
- Bilanci, visure camerali e indici economico–finanziari basilari.
- Documenti di regolarità contributiva (es. DURC).
- Documenti di regolarità retributiva e certificazioni richieste.
- Coperture assicurative obbligatorie per il settore logistica/trasporti.
- Monitorare la compliance contrattuale, segnalando scadenze e criticità.
- Aggiornare l’albo fornitori e mantenere traccia delle verifiche effettuate tramite strumenti aziendali.
- Supportare audit interni ed esterni (qualità, compliance).
- Collaborare per definire non conformità e piani di miglioramento fornitore.
- Gestire la comunicazione con i fornitori per richiesta documenti mancanti o aggiornamenti.
What You Bring:
- Diploma tecnico/commerciale oppure laurea triennale in Economia, Gestione Aziendale, Ingegneria Gestionale, Scienze dei Trasporti/Logistica o discipline affini.
- Conoscenza di base del bilancio e dei principali indicatori economico-finanziari (attivo, passivo, utile, patrimonio netto, ecc.), nonché della normativa relativa alla regolarità contributiva (DURC) e retributiva.
- Conoscenza dei processi di qualificazione e valutazione dei fornitori costituisce un requisito preferenziale.
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel, e preferibile familiarità con sistemi gestionali ERP o piattaforme di vendor management.
- Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e ottime capacità organizzative, con attitudine alla gestione delle scadenze.
- Capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione, con un approccio chiaro e professionale nei rapporti con fornitori e colleghi.
- Propensione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale.
