Responsibilities

Provide surgical assessment and treatment for patients requiring general surgery services.  

Qualifications

  • Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
  • Completion of general surgery residency.
  • Board Certified or board eligible in general surgery.

Licensure

  • Medical License and DEA for the applicable state.
  • Membership on LPH Medical Staff.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
