Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead a team of 8 recruiters, partner with a peer supervisor, and report to a Talent Acquisition Manager. Our team is nationally recognized by RogueHire, and we’re looking for a leader who can help continue raising the bar.
This is a challenging, fast-paced role that offers strong autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Lead & Develop Talent
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and engaging team culture
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and development
Drive Strategic Recruiting
- Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic recruiting plans
- Lead training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across hiring processes
Leverage Data & Insights
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Continuously optimize processes and strategies
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred)
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant change
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions
- Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
Required:
- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
