Restaurant Supervisor
Work Place: Holiday Inn KyotoGojo

Key Responsibilities
・Proactively inform guests about the menu and drinks.
・Implementing initiatives to promote recycling and reduce costs.
・Report guest feedback and any problems to manager.
・Building and maintaining good relationships within the team
・Participation in daily briefings and regular meetings
・Participation in training to improve service
・Providing high-quality F&B services in accordance with departmental standards.
・Respond to guest complaints and feedback promptly and courteously.
・Food and beverage inventory management is carried out according to hotel procedures.
・Other related tasks and special projects
・Understand the guidelines for occupational safety and health and act with safety as your top priority.
・Guidance, development, and management of motivated hospitality teams
・By setting high service standards and constantly seeking ways to exceed them, we provide guests with an exceptional experience.
・Working with the finance team, we develop, monitor, and improve the budget, as well as maximize revenue.

Experience & Qualifications
・Applicants must have at least two years of service experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or similar establishment.
・People who can communicate in English

・ゲストからのフィードバックやトラブル等を上司に報告
・チーム内の良好な人間関係を構築・維持
・日々のブリーフィングや定例ミーティングへの参加
・サービス向上のための研修参加
・部門基準に沿った高品質なF&Bサービスの提供
・ゲストからのクレームやご意見に丁寧かつ迅速に対応
・食品・飲料の在庫管理をホテルの手順に基づいて実施
・その他、関連業務や特別プロジェクトへの対応
・労働安全衛生のガイドラインを理解し、安全を最優先に行動
・意欲あるホスピタリティチームの指導・育成・マネジメント
・高いサービス基準を設定し、それをさらに上回る方法を模索することで、ゲストに卓越した体験を提供
・財務チームと連携し、予算の策定・監視・改善、ならびに収益の最大化

応募資格
・ホテルやレストラン、ラウンジ等において、サービス経験を2年以上の方
・英語でコミュニケーションを図れる方
