About this role
Job Scope
Manpower Management and Operations Monitoring
- Plan and assign manpower based on workload.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate work priorities.
- Address staff issues and maintain team discipline.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading.
- Ensure work is completed according to SOP and customer requirements.
- Monitor productivity and take corrective action when targets are not met.
Basic System Operation
- Have basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Monitor order releases and task assignments in the system.
- Assist in troubleshooting simple system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure inventory and operational transactions are updated accurately in the system.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure staff follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization.
- Report and follow up on any safety concerns.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred.
- Experience managing a team of operators, pickers, packers, or warehouse assistants.
- Have the knowledge of “”know how” on managing operation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or distribution center operations.
- Able to work in shift
