• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the operations & maintenance annual plan
• May assist Facilities Manager in scoping building renovation projects
• Collaborates with Facility Manager to accomplish organizational goals and assignments and provide support in maintaining facilities to an appropriate level of dignity, safety and functionality
• Communicates frequently with customers, employees, vendors and contractors to develop and maintain effective relationships
• Any other duties as assigned by a manager
• Hold a current temple recommend.
• Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in facilities management, construction or property management.
• Demonstrated frontline management and leadership skills in a multi-discipline work environment.
• Strong customer relationship focuses and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience using Microsoft software and other programs and adaptability to learn new software.
