Descripción del empleo
- Supervisar la construcción y puesta en marcha de las tiendas de inicio a fin.
- Supervisar los trabajos de cambio y mejoramiento de imagen de estaciones y de servicio y tiendas.
- Conocer los manuales de Tiendas e Imagen de Primax.
- Asegurar que los trabajos se lleven a cabo acorde los procedimientos, estándares y planos aprobados.
- Asegurar que los trabajos se lleven a cabo acorde buenas prácticas de la industria y los planes de calidad aprobados.
- Identificar desviaciones en los planos y en el proceso constructivo.
- Identificar y documentar No conformidades.
- Identificar y documentar desviaciones en materia de seguridad.
- Registros fotográficos y uso de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos brindadas por PRIMAX.
Requisitos
- Arquitecto y/o Ingeniero Civil, (abierto a cualquier rama afín) colegiado.
- Experiencia de 05 años en supervisión de diseño y construcción de tiendas en el sector retail.
- Conocimientos básicos de obras civiles, drywall, mecánica y electricidad
