Descripción del empleo

Supervisar, controlar y validar los procesos analíticos cumpliendo con todos los procedimientos operativos, generales e instructivos, liderando al personal a su cargo, con el objetivo de entregar resultados confiables y brindar un servicio de calidad al cliente.

1. Designar las tareas diarias del sector a su cargo y organizar la producción , con el objetivo de cumplir con los tiempos estipulados y brindar un servicio de calidad.

2. Validar y controlar los parámetros analíticos y el programa de aseguramiento de calidad relacionado con su división, con el objetivo de asegurar la confiabilidad de los resultados.

3. Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos métodos de análisis y en la verificación/validación de los métodos de ensayo, con el objetivo de responder a lo solicitado por el cliente y cumplir con los estándares establecidos.

4. Revisar y controlar la calidad del proceso analítico, con el objetivo identificar desvíos/riesgos y tomar acción sobre ello.

Requisitos

Educación Formal (nivel y área de estudio)

Secundario completo: Técnico Químico o afines. Preferentemente terciarios o universitarios de carreras afines.

Experiencia Laboral Previa

+2 años de experiencia en manejo de personal y laboratorio.

Idiomas

Ingles intermedio

Información adicional

Jornada: Lunes a viernes 8.30 a 17.30 hs
